At The Speech Train, we are committed to making our services as accessible and transparent as possible. Below is important information regarding insurance and payment:

Insurance We Accept
We are currently in-network with Highmark.
If you are a Highmark member, we are happy to bill your insurance directly. We recommend that you contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits and confirm your coverage for speech and language therapy services.

Private Pay (All Other Insurance Plans)
For all other insurance providers, we operate on a private pay basis. This means:

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We will provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt with diagnostic and billing codes) upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan’s out-of-network benefits.
